Hi, I'm Jess!
Owner and Chef of La Belle Graze - which means "the beautiful graze" in French.
I'm a mom of 2 and trained chef with over 12 years of culinary training as a chef, personal chef, and caterer. Originally from Toronto, my training took me to Lyon, France and St. Adele, Quebec where I graduated and specialized my training in French cuisine.
Finally here we are, La Belle Graze is a beautiful melting pot of my entire professional career up until now. From being a chef and having an incredible passion for beautiful food, experience in corporate marketing and business, and a very inspiring and supportive network of an entrepreneurial family, I'm so excited to finally bring you LBG!

Pricing for each table is determined by guest count, location, menu selection, and service. Expect costs to vary from $35 - $100 per person, with smaller groups needing to spend a minimum of $600.

GST, 18% Service Fee, Travel Fee, Pick Up Fee for Raised Tables, and extra travel fees for locations outside Calgary are charged.

** Our facility and production team use a variety of nuts, with efforts to minimize cross-contamination.

YES! We do collect them after the event unless you specify you would like to keep the arrangements. All the greenery and flowers are real and fresh.
