Training & Production
I am a trained chef with specialization in French cuisine, having worked and studied in Lyon, France, and Quebec. I have over 12 years of catering experience. I am fully licenced and certified, and opperate out of a licenced commercial kitchen space in central Calgary.
We strive to showcase some of the absolute best products in the world when it comes to Cheeses and Charcuterie. Importing items from France, Spain, the USA and beyond are just a small taste of what to expect.
We love when we can support some of our preferred local makers, bakers, and produce suppliers when it comes to fresh and custom ingredients. When possible we try and stay out of the big box stores as much as possible.
